Special Feature of Howard Precision Metal's Cast Plate

Cast tool and jig plate has a thickness tolerance of +/-.005, a machined surface for superior flatness, and PVC plastic on one side. Howard offers both Alcoa's Mic 6™ and PCP's ALCA 5™ cast plate from stock.  With special orders, we can supply Vista's ATP 5™.

Material certifications are available on all plate material in house.

Typically stocked in 48.5 x 144.5 and 60.5 x 144.5 and ALCA 5™ can be produced up to 72.5 x 144.5

Cast plate can be special ordered to a custom thickness, width, or length with a minimum run of only 4000# and lead time of approximately 3 weeks.
