The directors, management, employees and associates of Howard Precision Metals, Inc. are committed to quality products and systems that achieve total customer satisfaction.
We will ensure our commitment by:
- Designating management responsible for the development of Quality Objectives with annual review verifying relevance to the defined goals of Howard Precision Metals, Inc. and the expectations and needs of our customers.
- Developing our Quality Management Systems and continually assessing their effectiveness to meet the requirements of ISO9001: 2000.
- Requiring all employees understand the objectives of our Quality Management Systems and the benefits to total customer satisfaction.
- Instilling in our employees and associates the skills necessary to effect a continuous improvement culture; ensuring quality through process and productivity improvements, lowered manufacturing cost and reductions in non-conformance.
