Acc-u-bar

Acc-U-bar™ is a precision extruded aluminum product that is made specifically for high speed machining. The extremely tight tolerances, improved straightness, and elevated minimum mechanical properties give Acc-u-bar™ a superior advantage over other aluminum products. Some refer to this product as “manifold quality” bar, and Kaiser’s trade name for their equivalent is called Manifold Bar.  The fluid power industry first challenged Hydro  (formerly Sapa) to produce a product with improved dimensional tolerances, that were guaranteed to be on the plus side, higher mechanical properties, and more consistent machineability.   Hydro has continued to refine the process which has made Acc-u-bar, the benchmark product called out for manifold block applications.
