Howard
Precision Metals has six extrusion saws to meet customer demands. These
extrusion saws are capable of cutting material from .063" thick to
8.00" thick and meeting tolerances as close as .005
on both length and width. Typically a surface finish of 32 RMS is achieved.

Squareness on cut extrusions is relative to the straightness of the mill product, in combination with the length of the material.
The
circle/ring saw allows customers to have an alternative way of purchasing
round stock. Howard's circle saw can cut material between .125" thick
to 8.00" thick, with an outside diameter ranging from 8" to
64".

Howard Precision
Metals also houses a Kysor Band Saw that can cut round stock up
to 16" in diameter as well as two Behringer Band Saws.
